Bruce & Junne's Cabo trip

Here we are, getting ready to hit the sand dunes on an ATV.  We did a 3 hour tour through the desert regions and beach with an expert guide to show us some points of interests and the flora and fauna.  We happened to be there when there were "thousands" of Lime-green Butterflies migrating.

The tour took us up the mountain to the Lighthouse, with the beach below.  This is where we will end up.

As you can see, there are miles and miles of "untouched" beaches - most of the beaches in Cabo are not swimmable due to the rip tides and rough waters.  The only people you will probably find here are ATV'ers!

Bruce was showing off his ATV skills!  Just seconds after I took this picture, he caught a bump in the sand and flipped the bike! This was his first time on an ATV and he was telling ME to "be careful" - hehe - Luckily, he wasn't hurt - and also that NO ONE saw him! <laugh>

Just to give you an idea on how big the beach is - I am that little "speck" in the middle of the page!

This is the Marina area in Cabo San Lucas - The lighthouse is a restaurant/bar.

This is the hills looking from the Marina - If you look to the left, there is a sign on the hills, much like the Hollywood sign in Hollywood.  The residential area is called Pedregal and it is home to celebrities such as Sylvester Stallone and many others.
